Welcome to The Arts Society Southwold website

(formerly Southwold Decorative and Fine Arts Society).

We are a branch of The Arts Society (formerly NADFAS) and welcome members and visitors from a wide area of north-east Suffolk including Lowestoft, Oulton Broad, Beccles, Halesworth and Saxmundham, not just Southwold and Reydon.

With inspiring and often witty fully illustrated monthly lectures given by top experts in their field, together with Special Interest Days (including lunch), visits to fine and interesting houses, places of historical interest, gardens and galleries, plus cultural and interesting tours, The Arts Society Southwold is a great way to learn, have fun and make new and lasting friendships. All our speakers are aware that their audiences are not experts in their subject. Why not come and see for yourself?  Or better still come with a friend.
